Q. I CAN'T SEE MY ADVERT AND NEED HELP!
1. Make sure you are on www.google.co.za the screen should look as below.
2. Type in your phrase into the search bar and click the SEARCH button. (in this case I have typed in Hotels in South Africa in the search bar)
3. Your advert will appear in the top yellow sponsored listings, or on the right side of the page as I have highlighted in the screenshot below. Please be aware your adverts will fluctuate on the page from time to time. Also some phrases don’t have the yellow listings that appear at the top. These phrases will only have right side listings.
If you still cannot find your advert:

Are you typing your phrase exactly as stated in the welcome email?
- Are you typing in the right phrase? If you are unsure what phrases you have, please email technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za
- Are you searching in English and not Afrikaans, Sesotho, IsiZulu or IsiXhosa
- Are you on www.google.co.za and not google.com
- Are you searching on a pc and not your phone? We do not offer google services on blackberry's and cell phones.
- Have you seen your advert before on the page but clicked on it multiple times and its not there anymore? Please email technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za to fix this as we may need to make adjustments to your campaign . Please try to refrain from clicking on your own adverts as it will interfere with the statistics report that we provide you at the end of the month.
If you have gone through the above checklist and yet still cannot find your advert. DON'T PANIC!
Please send an email to technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za. The most common reasons why customers cannot find their adverts are normally because they are typing in the wrong phrases. Please email technical for a list of your current phrases.
QUERIES ABOUT MY PHRASES / ADVERT DESCRIPTION
Q. What are the best phrases for my business?
Phrases are offered typically in two segments; the first is the Product that is offered, the second is the Area that it is offered in. An example of this is Beauty Salons in Miami, or Beauty Salons Miami. Consider what you would type in if you were looking for a Dentist, or a Plumber?
Q. What if I feel that particular phrases aren't generating the response that others are?
You can change your phrases throughout the month (within reason). Should you wish to refresh your campaign by attempting alternative phrases, please contact technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za. Our Technical team will be able to advise on productive phrases, based on report statistics, that you may not have considered using. Should you wish to cancel your campaign due to a change of circumstances or otherwise, please email technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za 3 days prior to your trial end date (if within your trial month), otherwise 30 days notice thereafter.
Q. Are there any limitations on the phrases that I can have, and what is a 'Premium phrase'?
The manner in which Google performs commercially, and as a business is based on profit. Google therefore also considers some phases above others to be 'highly competitive', and are considered for sale, to those prepared to pay significantly more for them; these are called Premium phrases. Examples of these Premiums' are; loans, or mortgages, or flights, or hotels. Google often consider hotels new york, or flights new york to be similarly highly competitive phrases as a result of their worth to companies. These Premiums’ are available, at an additional charge. A list of Premium phrases and their prices are available on request.
Q. How long will it take for me to appear on Google?
We set a standard time frame of 48 hours, this enables both ourselves and Google to run advert diagnostics, guaranteeing first page listings. There will be in remote instances, whereby conditions outlined by Google will result in extra administration. These are extremely remote cases, and you will be informed that there will be slight delays.
Q. What are the least number of phrases that I can have?
The minimum for the first month is 5 phrases. This can be reduced in the second month to a minimum of 2 phrases. The charge for reducing to any less than 5 incurs a 50% surcharge on each phrase. Please email technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za if you wish to decrease the amount of phrases to use.
Q. I want to change my advert description
Sure! You can change the advert this at any time. Please be aware adverts have limited spaces per line so it will need to be brief. Just email technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za if you wish to change the description to something else.

Q. I want a stats report to see how successful my campaign has been
Statistics reports: please contact technical@newapproachmarketing.co.za. This can be done in weeks 3 & 4 of your campaign month only.
Q. What's the difference between a Click and an Impression?
- A 'Click' is everytime a customer searches for your business, through typing in your keyphrase. By clicking on the advert this will then denote a click, thus taking that customer to your website.
- An impression is everytime a customer searches for your business by typing in your keyphrase. That customer will not click on your advert, thus giving an 'Impression' only.
Q. What happens if I click on my own advert?
This will distort and have an adverse impression on your statistics report; you can visit your website through your browser.
CANCELLING, PAUSING OR DELAYING YOUR CAMPAIGN
Q. How do I cancel?
We currently have a 97% client retention rate, so if for some reason the campaign is not working please email technical, there has to be a reason; your name appears on the front page of the largest search engine in the world. The cancellation is 3 days in the first month and a months notice thereafter, its all decided by you, the customer.

Search Engine Optimization is the technical process that a website must go through to be elevated to a primary position (the ultimate aim: to be on page one) through a search engine such as Google.
Q. Do I need a website? How can I attract more customers?
A website is THE value for money investment for any business. It is a portfolio of your services. A website will stand you apart from your competition and give your customers a reason to call you above others. If you are using a simple yellowpages advert you may not be capitalising on the customers you could obtain; most customers prefer to look at webpages and get a feel for the business that they will call. Best advice is for a customer to have a web site, but it's not necessary. Presently we offer SME's the promotion price of R1300 + VAT per month for a fantastic looking website, telling potential clients all about your experience, accreditations etc on a corporate looking web site. This web site is for life, not just for this particular marketing campaign.

Q. Why do I have to email?
We work so much quicker by email and we are constantly monitoring the inbox to ensure the response times. If your dedicated technician needs to call you for whatever reason, then all your contact details are on file. This process has been running for the last year and in a recent survey to the customers, 90% thought the standard of serviced and response times had improved, so it's working.
Q. How do I pay?
95% of customers pay by credit card. We have a secure area to the web site, where you can input your credit card details safely and securely. All details are encrypted and automatically uploaded to the campaign software, to start your marketing campaign. These details are stored encrypted and the campaign software will renew your campaign every month, this software currently assists 25,000 customers.
